The USA 2010 team beat the USA 2009 team, 95-92, in the championship game.

Stephenson of the 2009 team (pictured) led all scorers with 34 points after missing the semifinals with a minor concussion. Louisville-bound PG Peyton Siva added 16 points, Dexter Strickland 14 and Kentucky commit GJ Vilarino 9.

Jared Sullinger led the 2010 squad with 24 points.
