Transferring Kansas guard Andrew White III is wide open in his recruitment and is hearing from a ton of schools.

“I’ve been hearing the most from University of Maryland, Richmond, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Wake Forest, Miami and Florida State,” he told Wednesday evening.

“I’m going to get with my family soon and start figuring out how I should handle my visits, so I don’t have an exact timetable on it. At this point I’m still open to any offers.”

The 6-foot-6 White played 25 games his freshman season averaging 5.0 minutes and 2.2 points per game in 2012-13. This past season he appeared in 19 games and averaged 5.9 minutes and 2.3 points.
