  • Jalen Poyser will transfer to St. Bonaventure from UNLV.

    The school announced it on Tuesday after ZAGSBLOG reported the news on May 18.

    He will sit one year to play two.

    The 6-foot-4 Poyser, who is from Toronto, was UNLV’s third-leading scorer last season at 10.4 points per game. He also was second on the team in assists at 2.6 per game, was third in steals (0.7) and three-pointers per game (1.2) and led the Running Rebels in free throw percentage (.802). Poyser started 21 of his 31 games and averaged 27 minutes per game. He scored in double figures 18 times with a career high 22 points against Western Kentucky.
