Five-star small forward Demarcus Henry of Arizona Compass Prep has cut his list to four schools.
The 6-foot-7 Henry is the No. 1 small forward in the Class of 2027, per 247Sports.com, and is now down to Kentucky, Louisville, North Carolina and Arkansas. He cut BYU, Ohio State, Kansas and UConn from his previous list.
Henry visited North Carolina this past weekend and previously visited Louisville, UConn, Arkansas and Kentucky.
Henry, the projected No. 7 pick in the 2028 NBA Draft by one site, said he models his game after Paul George and Kevin Durant but ESPN’s Paul Biancardi had another comp.
“You have some Kawhi Leonard in you, in my opinion,” he said recently on air.
Said Henry: “I’m blessed for sure. Kawhi Leonard is a great player. His defense is amazing, offensively he’s a great player as well, too.”
