USC’s high-scoring guard is staying put.
Trojan guard Rodney Rice will return to USC for his senior year, the team announced on Friday.
Rice only played six games for the Trojans after undergoing surgery on his right shoulder.
Rice averaged 20.3 points and 6.0 assists per game in limited action with USC this season.
The 6-foot-4 guard transfered to USC last season from Maryland and has since had a big impact on the program.
Rice will join four-star Stepinac twins, Adonis and Darius Ratliff in a promising start to USC’s recruitment season.
