Five-star guard Deron Rippey Jr. and his family took an official visit to Miami this week as part of an extended schedule of trips.
“Great Visit!,” his father Deron Rippey Sr. texted ZAGSBLOG. “Ron Ron Is The Point Guard They Want To Come In And Run The Team And [He] Can Be The Face Of The Program Along With A Couple Of Guys.”
Rippey, who attends Blair (NJ) Academy and runs with the New Heights AAU program, is considering a Who’s Who of schools, including Kentucky, Kansas, Duke, Miami, North Carolina, Alabama, Texas, Syracuse, Indiana, Tennessee, Louisville and NC State.
From Miami, he headed to North Carolina.

- Alabama (Sept. 12-14)
- Texas (Sept. 17-19)
- Syracuse (Sept. 25-27)

- Tennessee (Oct. 23-25)
- Kansas (Nov. 2-4)
