Bobby Hurley and Arizona State bolstered their backcourt late in the summer with the addition of Belgian guard Noah Meeusen, per multiple reports.

The 6-foot-5 point guard averaged 6.7 points, 2.9 assists and 2.8 rebounds for Filou Oostende, which made the BNXT League Playoffs.

He joins Trevor Best, Mo Odum, Adante Holiman, Anthony Johnson and Bryce Ford in Arizona State’s backcourt. Best is the lone returning player after a mass exit in the transfer portal, including Joson Sanon (St. John’s) and Jayden Quaintance (Kentucky).

Hurley’s team finished 13-20 last season, 4-16 in its first year in the Big 12.

“I expect there to be change every year,” Hurley told reporters “And now I’m just excited to get in the gym with the new guys that we have coming in and seeing what they look like.”
