Class of 2024 power forward Robert Miller has committed to LSU, per his Instagram page.
Miller — the 6-foot-10, 225-pound power forward from Pasadena Memorial (TX) and the TJ Ford AAU Program — chose LSU over his finalists Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas.
“I pulled the trigger on LSU because [of] everything they have showed me in the last couple of months of my recruitment,” he told ZAGSBLOG, “The coaching staff has been 100% transparent with me and they made sure me, my family, and the whole coaching staff was on the same page about the end goal.”
The power forward is ranked No. 49 in the nation by 247Sports and the No. 2 player in the state of Texas. Miller is the first commitment for Matt McMahon in the 2024 class.
“My skillset is more of a do it all forward,” he said. “I can go to the block and also score from the perimeter, but the best skillset that I bring would be my defensive presence.”
