Former UConn guard Rahsool Diggins is drawing interest from several high to mid-major schools after announcing he will enter the Transfer Portal on Tuesday.

The 6-foot-1, former four-star recruit, from Philadelphia (PA) has already received contact from Penn State, Iona, Pitt and Xavier, per Adam Zagoria.

Diggins only saw action in nine games this season with the Huskies, averaging 5.1 minutes per game and 0.8 points.

“It was a frusturating year for Rahsool,” UConn head coach Dan Hurley said. “When you’re a young player and don’t get a lot of opportunity to get in there, and you’re as competitive as he is… he feels there’s a better place for him.”
