WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Class of 2024 combo guard Boogie Fland, the No. 6 overall player in the Class per 247Sports, has a list of suitors trying to set up visits and he will begin with a trip to Michigan starting Thursday night.

Fland, the 6-foot-3, 165-pound guard from Archbishop Stepinac High School (NY) and the PSA Cardinals AAU program, has taken just one official visit thus far to North Carolina.

Other schools looking to set up visits include UConn, Kentucky, Alabama, Oregon, Villanova, Seton Hall, St. John’s, Kansas, Louisville, LSU, Virginia Tech and others, his coach Pat Massaroni said. Beginning July 1, prospects can take an unlimited number of visits, as opposed to just the five under the current rules.

Newly minted NCAA champions Dan Hurley and Kimani Young of UConn we’re in to see Fland on Wednesday at a Stepinac open gym. Nate Oats and Christian Pino of Alabama, Oregon assistant Chuck Martin and St. John’s assistant Van Macon were also in attendance.

At the first EYBL session of the year in Atlanta, Fland led the PSA Cardinals in scoring and to a 6-2 record. He averaged 15.5 points, 3.0 assists and 2.1 steals per game over the weekend while shooting 47.1% from the field.
