Ranked by 247Sports.com as the No. 16 point guard and No. 88 overall prospect in the nation, Cupps joins four-star guard Jakai Newton as the second commit in Indiana’s 2023 recruiting class. Indiana currently has the nation’s No. 17-ranked recruiting class in 2022 with commitments from five-star guard Jalen Hood-Schifino, four-star forward Kaleb Banks and three-star guard CJ Gunn.
