Class of 2022 four-star forward Kimani Hamilton has committed to Mississippi State, he announced Wednesday.

The 6-foot-8, 215-pound small forward from Clinton (MS) and the Team Thad AAU Program, chose Mississippi State over Alabama.

“(The deciding factors were) the coaching staff and how I was told they’re going to play me,” Hamilton said.

Ranked by 247Sports.com as the No. 25 small forward and No. 87 overall prospect in the nation, Hamilton joins combo guards Riley Kugel and Jaykwon Walton in the Bulldogs’ 2022 recruiting class.
