The Battle Basketball Showcase is coming to South Carolina for the second event of 2021. The Battle, presented by Gold Level Sports and Entertainment, will feature two highly anticipated matchups at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina on February 6th.

The first matchup will feature back-to-back state champions, Dorman High School against a second local team that is to be determined.

The marquee matchup of the event will be the highly anticipated clash between the No. 1 class of 2022 recruit, Emoni Bates, of YPSI Prep and the No. 2 class of 2023 recruit, Mikey Williams of Lake Norman High School. The Battle will be the first time these two basketball phenoms compete against each other in their high school careers and it will all take place in Greenville, South Carolina.

“After the success of The Battle in Fort Worth, our team was excited to get back to work and launch our second event of the series. We have some great teams and players coming to compete in South Carolina and we can’t wait to watch the action” said Gold Level Sports & Entertainment CEO, Darren Duncan.

Both matchups will be streamed live on FOX Sports’ digital platforms as part of the multi-event partnership between Gold Level Sports and Entertainment and FOX Sports.

The health and safety of the players, coaches, fans and staff is our top priority and COVID-19 testing protocols remain in place for all teams prior to participation. There is limited capacity for fans to attend and ticketing will be done while adhering to social distancing measures and group pod seating. A mandatory mask policy will be strictly enforced and temperature checks will be administered at the door.
