Kobe Bufkin has committed to Michigan.

Bufkin, the 6-foot-4, 175-pound shooting guard from Grand Rapids (MI) Christian, announced his commitment to Michigan on Friday, via Twitter.

He joins Isaiah Barnes and Will Tschetter in Michigan’s 2021 class, giving the Wolverines the No. 3 ranked recruiting class in 2021 per 247Sports.com.

Bufkin chose Michigan over DePaul, Ohio State, LSU and Michigan State.

According to 247Sports.com, Bufkin is ranked as the No. 15 shooting guard and No. 78 overall player in the Class of 2021.

During the 2019-20 season, Bufkin averaged 22 points, five rebounds and four assists, leading his team to a 20-2 record. Grand Rapids Christian advanced to the Division 2 district semifinals before the season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic.
