Tennessee added a major piece on Friday when Sacred Heart grad transfer E.J. Anosike committed to the Vols.

The 6-foot-6 East Orange, N.J. native averaged 15.7 points and 11.6 rebounds last season at Sacred Heart, and will be immediately eligible at Tennessee.

Tennessee lost Jordan Bowden, Lamonte Turner and Jalen Johnson from last year’s team but adds five-star point guard Jaden Spring, five-star guard Keon Johnson, four-star forward Corey Walker and Anosike, making them a team capable of a deep run in March.
