John Calipari and his staff are hosting a pair of five-star centers for this upcoming weekend.

Isaiah Stewart of La Lumiere (IN) and the Albany City Rocks announced his second official visit will be to Kentucky, via Twitter.

Stewart originally announced his final six schools of Duke, Indiana, Michigan State, Syracuse, Villanova, and Washington. He came off a Washington visit last weekend, and had no others planned. Then, he announced that he would be using his second official visit to Kentucky. This move surprised people as Kentucky showed interest and offered but were seen as out of the picture.

“Kentucky speaks for itself,” he told Rivals.com. “It’s known for being a one-and-done powerhouse. Coach Cal (John Calipari) has the most pros in the league. Although they came in late, it is hard not to listen to someone like him and Coach (Kenny) Payne. I am looking forward to the visit, seeing what the plan they have in store for me and what the atmosphere is like with Big Blue Nation.”

The second prospect heading to Lexington next weekend is Oscar Tshiebwe of Kennedy Catholic (PA). Tshiebwe cut his list to four which included Baylor, Illinois, Kentucky, and West Virginia. He took his first official to Baylor and took his second to Illinois last weekend. Early on West Virginia was considered the heavy favorite but after he racked up a Kentucky offer, UK has gained more attention.

“I picked all four schools for the same reason,” Oscar told ZAGSBLOG in August. “I believe that the coaches can help take my game to the next level, and I feel comfortable with the coaches.”
