Novak Djokovic hasn’t lost a Grand Slam singles match on a hard court in two years.
And now he will take that streak into the U.S. Open semifinals Saturday.
Djokovic, the defending Open champion, won his 26th straight hardcourt Grand Slam match with a hardfought 6-2, 7-6 (3), 6-4 victory over 2009 winner Juan Martin Del Potro in the last quarterfinal Thursday night in Arthur Ashe Stadium.
