Xavier Henry may wind up at Kentucky when all is said and done.
Henry, the 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Putnam City (OK) Putnam High, is having second thoughts about playing for Bill Self at Kansas and still could end up playing with friends for Kentucky coach John Calipari.
“If it wasn’t for his momma saying that ‘I [...]

Sean Miller continues to light up the recruiting trail in his first season on the job in Arizona.
Miller landed a verbal commitment Sunday from Derrick Williams, a 6-foot-7 forward from La Mirada, Calif., who initially committed to USC.
“Yeah I did,” Williams wrote by text.
Former Duke guard Elliot Williams is headed to Memphis.
“I’m a Memphis Tiger,” Williams told the Memphis Commercial Appeal in a text.
“The most important thing in this situation was coming closer to my family,” Williams said today. “As far as basketball, I’m playing for a great coach in [Memphis head coach Josh] Pastner.

He is expected to file an appeal for a waiver of the NCAA’s year in residence transfer rule that would require him to sit out the 2009-10 season. Williams is seeking to transfer closer to his hometown of Memphis, Tenn., to be [...]
As I reported last week, Memphis may be the last major option for Lance Stephenson. And even Memphis head coach Josh Pastner hasn’t heard much lately from Lance Sr.
Andy Katz is reporting that a source close to the Florida International program says they are no longer recruiting the 6-foot-5 Stephenson.
Actually, I reported this more than [...]
