Josh Pierre-Louis, the 6-foot-3 point guard from Roselle (N.J.) Catholic, is transferring to UC-Santa Barbara from Temple.

Pierre-Louis will sit one season to play three.

He averaged 3.8 points and 1.3 assists last season. He and his older brother, Nate Pierre-Louis, who declared for the NBA Draft, both opted to leave Temple.

Temple guard Monty Scott is also transferring out. Meantime, the Owls added another New Jersey guard in Butler transfer Khalif Battle.
