Five Kentucky and five UCLA commits and three apiece from Arizona, Duke and North Carolina were nominated to the McDonald’s All-American Game, with the final selections set to be announced on Sunday.

For Kentucky, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Quade Green, Nick Richards, Jarred Vanderbilt and P.J. Washington were all on the list of nominations released Tuesday morning.

Hamidou Diallo, who announced for Kentucky on Saturday and plans to redshirt this semester, is not eligible for the game because he was doing a post-graduate year at Putnam Science Academy (CT).

From UCLA, LiAngelo Ball, Jaylen Hands, Jalen Hill, Cody Riley and Kris Wilkes were all nominated.

For Arizona, DeAndre Ayton, Alex Barcello and Ira Lee were all nominated, while Westtown (PA) School shooting guard Brandon Randolph was not because he’s a fifth-year player.

Among Duke recruits, Wendell Carter Jr., Alex O’Connell and Gary Trent Jr., were all nominated.

For North Carolina, Jalek Felton, Andrew Platek and Brandon Huffman were all nominated.

Several high-profile uncommitted prospects, including Mohamed Bamba, Brian Bowen, Matt Coleman, Trevon Duval, Kevin Knox, Brandon McCoy, Jordan Tucker and Trae Young — were also nominated to the game.

Oak Hill (VA) Academy had four players nominated for the game in Coleman, Ty-Shonn Alexander (Creighton), Billy Preston (Kansas) and Lindell Wigginton (Iowa State).

In New York, Georgia Tech-bound point guard Jose Alvarado of Christ the King was nominated, as was Minnesota-bound guard Isaiah Washington of St. Raymond’s and Cincinnati-bound guard Keith Williams of Bishop Loughlin.

St. John’s signee Zach Brown, who was arrested for robbery over the weekend, was also nominated out of Calusa Prep (FL).

In New Jersey, the Kentucky-bound Richards of The Patrick School was nominated, as was Syracuse signee Bourama Sidibe of St. Benedict’s Prep.

The McDonald’s All-American teams will be announced Sunday at 10:30 p.m., on ESPNU. This year’s game will be played March 29 at the United Center in Chicago.
