P.J. Washington has cut his list to eight schools.

The 6-foot-8 forward from Frisco, Texas and Findlay Prep is down to UCLA, Arizona, N.C. State, Kansas, Texas, Kentucky, UNLV and North Carolina.

Last month, Washington helped the USA U18 team win gold at the FIBA Americas U18 Championship in Chile.

He then played at Peach Jam and made the ZAGSBLOG All-Peach Jam second team. At the event, he said four teams were prioritizing him: Kentucky, Arizona, North Carolina and Texas.

Washington plans to take his officials during September and October and announce a decision sometime in December or January. Until then, look for Washington to continue to wrack up double-doubles.
