Chris Silva, a 6-foot-8 2015 forward from Roselle (N.J.) Catholic, has cut his list to five schools.

Silva Tweeted, “K-state, Villanova, S-Carolina, Seton Hall and Rhode Island will be the 5 school I will consider making my choice.”

He previously Tweeted he will announce Sept. 19.

“His upside right now, he’s playing with that enthusiasm that he had last year when he first came and he was running the floor and blocking shots,” RC assistant Tommy Sacks told SNY.tv earlier this year.

“I told him, ‘Do what you do best,’” Sacks said. “Your offense will catch up to your game but rebound, defend, block shots and run the court. And that’s what he’s starting to do again.”
