Gavin Schilling of Findlay Prep is one of the top uncommitted power forwards in the Class of 2013. He will be contributing periodically to ZAGSBLOG during his senior season. Here’s his first entry:

Hey, it’s Gavin Schilling from Findlay Prep!

I am a senior this year and this is my first year in the Findlay Prep program and I love it so far!

The improvements I’ve made so far physically, mentally and basketball-wise since I’ve been here have been crazy. This is definitely getting me prepared for the next level in all aspects of it.

We are currently still undefeated (29-0) and have about five more games left in the regular season. Our goal is to win another National Championship and be the best team we can be. We are a hard working group filled with winners so there should be no problem in reaching our goal.

I am currently undecided. My top 4 list is UCLA, Michigan State, Minnesota and Villanova. I have already visited Minnesota and UCLA and I plan on taking my last two visits to Villanova and Michigan State in early March and making a decision sometime after my visits.

Stay tuned to my blog for more news on my visits!
