    Like every other Division I basketball coach in the nation, Mike Rice won’t see much of his family during the month of July.

    The Rutgers coach and his staff have packed up suitcases full of socks, shorts and shirts emblazoned with their school logo and are heading out on the road to recruit.

    “We’ll be at the LeBron Camp, we’ll be heading down to Reebok,” Rice said. “I’m going to do a junior college event [Mullens Top 100 JUCO Camp] and of course Vegas and Orlando and the end part [of July]. You have to cover it because there are so many events and so many good players.”
