I thought that was first question, according to the standard operating procedure at the high school recruiting wing of  Columbia Journalism School. Granted, there is plenty of time left for the repeat sophomore and it seems to be a fait accompli that he will wind up in Storrs for nine months or a school year, whichever is less.</description>
