  • Walsh Keeping Draft Cards Close to Vest

    GREENBURGH, N.Y. — Knicks GM Donnie Walsh isn’t about to tell the world who he plans to take in Thursday’s NBA Draft.

    But he will say this.

    He hopes the Knicks’ selection at No. 8 is the last lottery pick the team makes in a while.

    “I’d say this whether I was in New York or Indiana, I hope it’s my last lottery pick. I never really want to be in the lottery,” Walsh told reporters at the team’s Westchester campus.
