ON Epps, I’m not shocked about his decision. It was either going to be Maryland or Pitt. Seton Hall or Rutgers never had much of a chance. Unfortunately for both programs, it’s going to be hard to land top talent while both teams are struggling. It takes a certain type of pied piper personality, like a Mike Rosario or Jordan Theodore, to make the leap and say he wants to stay home and help build something from the bottom.

On St. Patrick, as I’ve said before, I don’t see anybody in New Jersey beating them in the state tournament. Once they get Kyrie Irving back, and assuming Dexter is fully healthy, they have the best backcourt in the state and one of the best in the nation. Irving is the real deal and will make them so much better.

St. Anthony has the 3 big guy transfers coming in, but lacks a true point guard. The St. BEn’s-St. Patrick game will also be fun to watch in February.

It’s not much of a limb, but I’ve gone out it on to say St. Pat’s will win the T of C this year.

Thanks

ZAG,
How can a team stop St. Pats? They have so many d1 bodies...can it even be done for a Jersey school? What must a team do to beat them?? I'm sure you've seen them a couple times this year.
