NegeduNow that Arizona has released Emmanuel Negedu from his national letter of intent, the 6-foot-7, 230-pound forward from Nigeria reportedly has a list of four schools he’s looking at.

Negedu, now at Brewster (N.H.) Academy, is considering Memphis, Indiana, Tennessee and Georgia Tech, according to Jeff Goodman of FoxSports.com.

Negedu asked for his release because all of Lute Olson’s assistants have departed the staff since he signed in November. Former Arizona assistant Josh Pastner is now at Memphis, although Pastner told Olson he would not try to recruit any Arizona players to Memphis. Olson said he expects Negedu to choose between Indiana and Memphis. Negedu plays an AAU team out of Indiana (Indiana Elite).

Olson took a surprise leave of absence last season, but says he will be back to coach the Wildcats next season.
